What is direct provider care?
Health services provided by your health care provider without billing insurance for services provided; instead, the patient pays a monthly membership fee directly to the healthcare provider for services (office visits, telehealth services, some labs) included in the membership. This allows for more time with your health care provider!
What is medical weight loss?
Alternative options outside of surgery to help you achieve your weight loss goals. This may include medications, nutrition and meal planning, and/or exercise regimen. In many cases a combination of these are used to lose weight in a healthy way.
What medication will you prescribe for me?
The medication chosen will be a shared decision between the patient and medical provider based on individualized factors such as social and medical history.
What if I don’t want medication? Are there other options to help me lose weight?
The health care provider will work with you to make healthy lifestyle changes like new food choices and a physical activity routine that you can actually keep up with long term.
How often can I book an appointment with you?
By joining a membership with Vibrance, you can book an appointment as often as you need to! Depending on your program, the provider will need to see you in the office at least every 3-6 month. Video, telephone, and chat/email is also available to you as needed which are all included in the monthly membership fee.
How can you help me with my hormones?
You will have some hormone levels checked through your blood to see if your hormones are out of balance, too high or too low. The health care provider will take a detailed history from you to determine where you might be struggling and some remedies that help.
What is PCOS?
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is a very common hormone problem that eventually causes large ovaries with many small cysts on them. Classic symptoms include irregular or absent periods, excessive body hair, and acne. Some women with PCOS struggle with obesity and overweight but not all women with PCOS are overweight.
I don’t want to use birth control for my PCOS. What else is there for me do to about my PCOS?
PCOS can be caused by different factors and the healthcare provider will work with you to determine possible causes and help reverse or correct the hormone imbalance. This might include supplements, weight loss programs, reducing inflammation or correcting abnormal insulin levels.
Can you help with my fertility?
Fertility is very dynamic. The healthcare provider will take a detailed medical and social history and perform a physical exam which might include lab work and provide recommendations on ways to increase fertility success based on findings of the patient interview and exam.
I think I have endometriosis. Can you help with that?
The provider will discuss your symptoms with you and provide recommendations on how to minimize your problems related to menstrual cycle pain and possible endometriosis.
My periods are so irregular. What can I do about that?
There are many things that can affect the menstrual cycle. The provider will work with you to determine possible causes of your period irregularity and offer recommendations on how to correct any hormone imbalances. This may include nutrition and dietary changes, blood tests, medications or supplements.
What in-office tests do you provide and are they included in my membership?
Tests provided include hormone panels, sexually transmitted disease screenings, urinary tract infection testing, pregnancy testing, and flu and strep (seasonally). These tests are offered at deeply discounted rates as a part of a membership with Vibrance.
Do you offer virtual care?
Yes! I offer video visits, telephone calls, and emailing.
How often will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed monthly via auto-pay from your chosen bank account or debit card.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
We understand life happens and things change. For this reason, you may cancel anytime. If you decide to re-enroll within 6 months, you will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee of $100 plus your monthly fee. If re-enrolling beyond that time frame, the re-enrollment fee is $150 plus your monthly fee.
Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes! We love referrals as it’s the highest form of a compliment. To show our appreciation, enjoy 25% off your next monthly fee AFTER your referred client has fully signed up and paid their enrollment fee. Also enjoy a complimentary gift for you and your referred client!
What if I am not ready or able to join the membership? Can you see me for just 1 visit?
Absolutely! In this case you will pay a fee for your one time visit plus the cost of labs or tests if needed based on your problem. Any subsequent visits will incur the same fee; most find it is more economical to pay a monthly fee for unlimited visits.
